All you have to do is have the correct information that proves you fit these qualities and you also have to buy a player package. This package comes with a few shirts, shorts, accessories, and 1 pair of shoes for around $240 ( retails for $400). After that you can buy any other that items that are all read at 40-60% off of retail price. A pretty good deal but I don't know if I can give up Nike.
